I must admit on most days I dress like an "old grandma" (as I've been referred to by my friends before).
Especially with this whole work dress code cramping my style.
At work I rarely ever see anyone other than my coworkers on a typical day so most days I just think what's the point on getting all dressed up to be around four guys for eight hours? (3 other women work part-time, but I'm the only full-time woman).
Our dress code is pretty lax. In fact, we don't really have one. I was just told to look presentable and somewhat professional when I was hired. I try to limit wearing jeans to just one day a week and still try to dress that up somewhat.
My normal winter work wardrobe includes khackis and frumpy cardigans.
I've really been wanting to find a good excuse to dress up and look(plus act) my age.
One thing I've really been thinking about dressing cuter for is our honeymoon.
This is where the most revealing dress I have ever purchased comes in.

I know my body is not going to look like that in the dress, but I figured I'd give it a shot and try it out. I'm anxiously awaiting the UPS truck to drop it off and see how

I am loving that dress!!! I have never heard of ideeli, but I'm going to check it out now. And we sound identical about work attire. We are allowed to wear jeans, but I try to only once or twice a week. Also, I hardly ever buy clothes unless I can wear them to work. I found I have no weekend attire except for jeans and old t-shirts. I must go shopping soon =) Enjoy your weekend!
That is such a great dress!
I'm a nurse so my work attire is scrubs. I'm trying to get more grown up in my clothes and look more put together than the same old thing every time. Right now its mostly jeans, fitted tees or shorts and fitted tees. I'm in need of going shopping soon!
